• Tips provided to our team are non-refundable.
• If you want a refund before work begins, you must request it within one business day of placing the order. Once work has started, refunds are partial if you have used at least three revisions.

We strive to deliver on time. If we miss a deadline and you have contacted us at least three times, you may be eligible for a 50% refund if you can prove it was our fault.

We work hard to deliver high-quality work. Refunds are only considered after three revisions and documented concerns within two weeks. Communication should be done through our project management tools, email, or phone.
